Who Says It Always Rains?

When we decided to go to Wales on holiday everyone told us to make sure we took lots of warm, waterproof clothing because "It always rains in Wales!". They were so wrong! On the two occasions that we holidayed in Wales in 2014 and 2015, the weather was glorious for much of the time so I decided to create a layout to show this and took inspirations from a layout by Christa Paustenbaugh.

I used papers from Simple Stories and My Minds Eye, bakers twine, a button, some homemade acrylic dots, some teeny tiny alphabet stickers and a title cut on the Craft Robo.

Tux

For the first time in twelve months I have scrapbooked! At the beginning of the month I spent the weekend with my crafting friends at Easthampstead Park where I managed to put together quite a few layouts.

This layout of Tux was created during the weekend and uses patterned paper from Simple Stories which I layered and fussy cut. Washi tape was added as well as some home made acrylic dots. The letters stickers were from American Crafts and the paw print stickers from EK Success / Sticko.
